Day 5 - A Day in Utrecht

Did some shopping and sightseeing in the city where Rosa was Born, went to school and where her mother went to school.
Day 6 - Things that I have gleaned...
Mustard Soup is outstanding. Rosa's Mother prepared some for us two nights ago and it was delicious. The base is made of Leeks and onions.
There are large country wide sales the week before we came.
LaChouffe on tap is much better than from the bottle.
Pregnant Dutch women ride their bikes until D-Day. I thought it would be too traumatic, but i guess it makes the kids stronger?
Cannabis starter kits are given away with tulip bulbs at the flower market in Amsterdam.
Shops close promptly at 6 pm.
15% tip is considered generous.
Gas is $9 per gallon!!!!!
